1. About AcePharm
AcePharm is an online revision tool for UK pre-registration pharmacists preparing for the GPhC registration assessment. It provides practice questions, explanations and progress tracking. AcePharm is a study aid only and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the GPhC.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans grant access to the full question bank for the subscription period purchased. Subscriptions renew as described at checkout unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case in line with UK consumer law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell any AcePharm content, including questions and explanations. You may not share your account or use automated tools to access the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Educational content
Questions and explanations are prepared with care but are provided for revision purposes only. They do not constitute clinical advice, and clinical practice should always follow current official guidance, the BNF, and your tutor's direction.
6. Liability
We do not guarantee exam outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, AcePharm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
